Pu-erh tea has better collection value and potential. With years of storage
under the appropriate condition, the raw Pu-erh tea will ferment naturally and
the quality will grow better. The ripened tea, or the artificially fermented
Pu-erh tea, has fermented in the making process and completed the aging
process. There is little value for the long time collection.
